Family Application If you require us to source you an Au Pair please complete the application form online (use link below) or contact us for a printed form to post back to us. By completing the application form you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Business of simplyaupairs.com and to comply with the Information Pack you will receive. You also agree to notify simplyaupairs.com of any changes to be made to the information you include in the online or printed form and confirm the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Click here for the APPLICATION FORM (opens in a new window.) * Initial Documentation Required Completed and signed application form £50 non-refundable cheque made payable to simplyaupairs.com (this £50 is treated as an advance against the fees due on successful placement.) Further Documentation required once an Au Pair has been found A letter of introduction about your family for the prospective Au Pair (this can be included in the invitation letter.) Description of the expected tasks (this can be included in the invitation letter.) Final Documentation once an Au Pair has accepted a position with you A photograph of your family A photograph of the Au Pair's bedroom (if requested by the Au Pair.) Signed host family agreement.
